Purchases must be canceled within 24 calendar hours of the payment for a full refund.

Up to a 50% refund is offered if a cancellation is requested prior to completion of the project but after 24 hours.

 

Our guaranteed 5-business day turnaround applies to resumes and cover letters only. 

 

Cancellation Requests must be submitted by email. The request is the time and date stamp of your received email to The ResuMates® .
